8 Months Old Now

I am now 8 months old and my Daddy says that I am growing like a weed. Check me out below. I crawl like Speedy Gonzalez runs and I can now stand on my own with the help of a chair or table. I am growing up for sure.

I love to lay or sit on my play mat by Boppy (Boppy really is a super company). It really is a good time because I get to play with my friends the butterfly and snail and look at myself in the mirror. Sometimes Daddy lays on it with me too. He always makes sure to catch my happy and crazy expressions.

That is more like it. Now lets start from page 1

Mallory the monkey is a fairly new friend of Kileys. She will sit and converse with Mallory just as she does with her doll. However, Mallory must have an attitude or something because the conversations can turn ugly quickly. Now I can’t hear what Mallory has to say but some things obvioulsy do not sit well with Kiley. But she loves the animal. You will notice that Mallory has a blue ring on her head. This is to attach her to things for storage or playing. The other day Kiley somehow got the ring on her upper arm (I guess so that Mallory could’t get away). God I love my daughter.

Kiley loves her new sit and play courtesy of Lee and Gwen. This is the Easter present that she got. She can spend minutes just cooing and playing with the John Deer style sit and play, complete with ‘Ol McDonald music.

Kiley just loves her first doll that was given to her by her Auntie Adrianne. She will sit in her little chair and have an animated conversation that you’ll sware is two-sided. There is laughing, crying, cooing and everything in-between. Kiley also likes to take it with her in the car seat. In one hand she holds her monkey pacifier and in the other is the doll hugged tightly to her chest. How could she be any cuter?
